- Als Stellvertreter bist du für die operative Steuerung des Restaurants sowie die Budget- und Personalplanung mitverantwortlich
- Du unterstützt den Restaurantleiter bei der Erstellung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertung (BWA) sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- In deinen Aufgabenbereich fallen die Kontrolle und Sicherstellung sämtlicher Standards im Hinblick auf Personal-, Waren- und Qualitätsmanagement im Restaurant
- In deiner Funktion stellst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf über alle Restaurantstationen hinweg sicher
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du für das perfekte L‘Osteria Erlebnis in unseren Restaurants verantwortlich
Your role:
- As Deputy Manager, you're jointly responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations, budget planning, and staff management
- You support the Restaurant Manager in creating business reports and in developing the team
- You ensure compliance with all standards in staff, inventory, and quality management
- You keep the operation running smoothly across all restaurant areas
- Together with your team, you create the perfect L’Osteria experience
Ton rôle :
- En tant qu’adjoint·e, tu partages la responsabilité des opérations du restaurant, de la planification budgétaire et de la gestion du personnel
- Tu accompagnes le directeur du restaurant dans l’analyse des résultats (BWA) et dans le développement de l’équipe
- Tu veilles à l’application et au respect de tous les standards en matière de personnel, de gestion des stocks et de qualité
- Tu garantis le bon déroulement des opérations sur l’ensemble des stations du restaurant
- Avec ton équipe, tu es responsable d’une expérience L’Osteria parfaite pour nos clients
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder fundierte Gastronomie-, oder Hotellerie Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Budget- und Personalmanagement
- Durch deine Serviceorientierung und dein Organisationstalent behältst du stets einen kühlen Kopf und packst gerne mit an
- Du bist Gastgeber mit "Amore" und ein leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer

- A completed commercial apprenticeship or solid experience in gastronomy or hospitality
- Strong expertise in budgeting and personnel planning
- A hands-on mindset with service focus and excellent organisational skills
